Necessary Experience Skills:
- Prior work experience as a Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Positive, upbeat and customer service attitude
- Must be comfortable with frequent computer use, especially Slack and Google-Suite applications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with de-escalating situations and serving as “gatekeeper" when the need arises

Description:
- Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
- Will be a back up to Security team and assist with processing badges
- Will be trained to assist with scanning mail
- Will be the first POC for visitors that arrive to the office
