Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in the photography industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will communicate with customers primarily through online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media, providing a quick and efficient response.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through online platforms
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Handle and process customer returns and exchanges
- Assist with order management and fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and database
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
