SalaryThis position is based in Quakertown, PA and will be 100% in office with a Monday-Friday schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Purpose: Take direction, assist in general clerical support, email, and call correspondence, and maintain and update electronic project files.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service.
- Email Correspondence.
- Basic Data Entry.
- Invoices
- Collection of past due accounts.
- Assist the office manager with clerical duties.
- Must be willing to wear multiple hats.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
- Provide Customer Updates and Status
- Collect information from Management Team for updating files.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in an office support position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Stable work history
- Must be team orientated and be willing to perform based on the company’s Core Values
