Customer Service/ Assistant

We are a family run and operated business that is looking for someone to help with afterhours calls and assisting with tasks that may need to be done day to day. Must be local/withing driving distance for occasional in person meetings. We are located in Royersford PA

Must:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone and email
- Assist customers with inquiries & requests by phone and email
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
-Assistant in multi tasks that may be needed day to day.

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Willing to learn and take on different tasks

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Assistant who is passionate about providing top-notch service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have. You will have the opportunity to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
