On Site Property Manager

We are seeking an On Site Property Manager to assist with the management of an 18 unit building in South Lake Tahoe.

Responsibilities:

• Be first eyes on tenant maintenance requests
• Coordinate with list of trusted local contractors to resolve maintenance issues
• Provide access to vendors when tenants are unavailable
• Manage common property resources such as dumpsters and parking
• Coordinate with snow removal contractors to ensure a safe walking/parking environment
• Post notices when required

Qualifications:

• High degree of moral integrity
• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with plumbing, locksmithing, appliance repair or carpentry a plus
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to live On Site at the complex, rent discount provided
