Responsibilities:
- oversee and coordinate all on site transactions
- attract and educate new tenants
- meet potential tenants, show he property and assess their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
- advertise vacant properties
- investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- update and improve property to increase return on investment
- ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
- inspect property and arrange for repairs and new materials as required
- supervise and train property staff
- supervise outside vendors
- enforce property Rules and Regulations
- investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
Qualifications
- previous experience in property management or other related fields
- familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- prior experience with using the Rent Manager software is a plus
Compensation will include a two bedroom apartment on site.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
