Job Description
- Studio Apartment for 2 people max.
- Flexible Scheduling during normal business hours
- Competitive Compensation
- Advertise vacant properties
- Show units to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
- Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
- Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
- Accept rental payments and provide receipts
- Respond to tenant inquiries
- Must live on-site
- Inspect property on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
- Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
- 5 years minimum verifiable experience with face-to-face customer service
- High school diploma/GED required
- We require a good driving record and we process criminal background checks
- Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Must have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Pay may vary depending on skills/qualifications
- The schedule may require work on weekends and holidays
- Can expect about 25 hours of work per week
