On-Site Property Manager

Join an accomplished property management team that has over 15 years of professional experience! Mashcole Property Management is looking for an On-Site Property Manager in West Hollywood, CA.

We are seeking someone who can manage a 20 unit building in West Hollywood, CA. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and has great organizational skills. Must be able to provide exemplary customer service to our residents, maintain the community appearance, and seek ways to continuously improve the operations.

Prior experience with Yardi property management system is a plus.

Salary: $20.50 per hour + Discounted rent+ Leasing commission

Work schedule:approximately 9 hours per week working from home in your new apartment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all rent and late fees are collected and posted in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all bank deposits are made daily.
• Issue appropriate notices when necessary (i.e., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos)

Administrative

• Update required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc., on a daily basis and provides information to the Property Manager.
• Organize and file all applicable reports, leases, and tax credit paperwork.
• Proof read all lease paperwork and process move-ins and move-outs.
• Timely processing of SODAS in accordance with state law.
• Provide accounting support for Manager.

Leasing/Marketing

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Handle inquiries from prospective new residents.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Maintenance

• Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to manager.
• Inspect move-out and vacancies when requested by Manager, Area Manager, Broker or Owner.
• Accept service requests from residents and routes to maintenance for prompt processing. Conducts service follow-ups with resident when work is completed.

Safety

• Learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules.
• Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.

Computer Skills: Word Processing/On-Site Rental System

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• Yardi Experience preferred
• Computer and technology literate
