We are looking for an on-site Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. In this role, you will be responsible for Project oversight from programming, through design and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Formulate strategy and direction, develop business model, product roadmap and monetization potential
- Manage the project resource plan and budget, project issues, risks and actions
- Manage the development of appropriate documentation required by the projects
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Manage project resource allocation
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (including members and vendors) to ensure project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities.
- Any additional Project Management Certifications will be considered an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
- Hands on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
