Your role involves addressing pet-related inquiries, coordinating appointments, and handling email communications.

- Convert incoming leads into reservations through education
- Book reservations via textings, or transfer in store appointments into the lead software
- Send out digital brochures to reservations and leads
- Communicating in group messages with the stores about leads and appointments
- Texting new leads and existing customers
- Digging through past customers to create new leads
- Keeping track of customer profiles, and putting them in the right places
Qualifications:
- Must be able to type quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to quickly navigate Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- Ability to learn and understand new online software for lead management
- No experience needed, Training is enacted
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during the weekdays and weekends
- Seeking 5 or more hours as well as full-time positions
- Must be over the age of 16 years
- Prior experience on lead management team is preferred
- Prior experience speaking on the phone is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.30 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
