Job Description
We are looking for full time Customer Communication Coordinator to manage our front of the house activities on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at Dave Sinclair Ford. Applicants must be comfortable being customer facing and an expert in communication.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the facility
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Process payments
- Listen to client needs and connect them with the right resource
Skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Hours (Week hours can be adjusted, Saturdays are a must)
- Mon/Wed/Fri - 3-7
- Tues/Thurs - 3-6
- Sat - 7:30 - 5
- Additional day off Monday - Friday
