Admissions Associate

Job Description:

As an integral part of our admissions team at Killian Hill Christian School (KHCS), we are seeking an Admissions Associate who will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process while embodying the core values and mission of our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow-up with Prospective Families
• Assist in Admissions Office Events
• Testing Coordinator
• General Admissions Office Support
• Update Admissions reports/spreadsheets

Preferred Qualification

• Some ability or proficiency managing a Web site and other social media
• Prior administrative office management experience preferred

Required Skills and Abilities

• High-level proficiency with range of standard office application (including all components of MS/Google Office) and willingness to learn new systems as needed
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organization skills, and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, open office while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently and creatively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with a wide range of constituencies (students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents/guardians)
