Description
The Omni-Channel Campaign Manager has a deep understanding of the conversion and purchase phase of the customer journey. This position is responsible for delivering on core business objectives and bringing our brand strategy to life through key path-to-purchase activations and omnichannel recommendations to solve high impact business problems.
This associate will be responsible for creating best-in-class, shopper-centric activations grounded in consumer, shopper and retail insights and presenting them to buyers, shopper marketing managers and internal account executives. To be successful in this role you will need to collaborate cross functionally with brand, sales, Media, demand planning, trade, Customer teams, Finance, Ecommerce and the Omni agencies.
This position will develop, launch and optimize on platform marketing campaigns in collaboration with shopper marketing, brand marketing, and retail team leads for Walmart, Target, Kroger and Instacart. Manage hands on keyboard agency and self-service platforms, optimizing performance and strategically managing investments across retailer paid search and media strategies. Share results, insights and develop plans to ensure sales goals are met, including legacy and innovation items are properly resourced.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in sale or marketing, preferably digital space Knowledge of FMCPs, retail and digital shelf basics
  • Data analytics experience
  • Strategic mindset

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with brand and customer teams to develop comprehensive Omni Marketing integrated plans that drive traffic, increase household penetration, basket size and conversion to ultimately drive brand equity and category growth.
  • Develop and lead strategic and creative execution of Omnichannel programs for our key brands from inception to implementation.
  • Define key Omni KPIs. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and effectively communicate key findings of programs to sales and other cross-functional teams. This includes proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business.
    Manage and develop integrated program timelines, monitoring agency and internal deliverables.
