The Marketing Digital Campaign Manager serves as the organization's go-to resource for overseeing, executing and analyzing Marketing campaigns across Careington brands and teams for b2b and b2c audiences. This role would be accountable and proactive in all campaign facets, including deliverables, strategy, timelines, optimization and accurate insightful reporting and analysis.
This role requires attendance in the office three days per week. Two days can be worked from home.
A Marketing Campaign Manager presence is needed to manage a team within the marketing department including Marketing Analysts and coordinators. This resource would assist in concepting and building campaign strategies and schedules across all companies, brands and mediums across an expanding portfolio of innovative products and services to ensure the effectiveness of all Marketing Campaigns while providing measurable results and conclusions.
As a result, Careington is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join its expanding Marketing team located at our corporate office in Frisco, TX. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be involved in the strategic concept, creation, oversight and execution of allMarketing Campaigns, both internal and external, as well as serving b2b and b2c audiences and efforts. This resource will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, analytics and insights to inform all future and ongoing campaigns. As a strategic marketing leader, this position will also incorporate digital, social and print media into our comprehensive, omni-channel marketing efforts. The Marketing Campaign Manager will analyze marketing endeavors to ensure our efforts are efficient, insightful and ideally profitable. This will include developing, delivering and documenting campaign strategy for all marketing and advertising channels as well as execution and presentation of all campaign touchpoints, across all impacted teams and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee all print and digital Marketing Campaigns across b2b and b2c audiences to ensure performance meets or exceeds established KPIs and meets overall marketing objectives
- Provide insights via buyer personas, sales data/analytics, demographics and behaviors to improve marketing strategies and structure of campaigns to drive higher engagement
- Ensure print and digital material delivers impactful messaging and meets company brand standards
- Build out effective marketing calendars and campaign proposals for any and all large-scale marketing efforts
- Recommend ways to drive brand awareness and lead generation through all digital channels
- Analyze campaigns through reporting and tracking to see if they perform well and make recommendations for tactical adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness
- Lead and contribute to team of dedicated resources in paid search and digital advertising initiatives through multiple tools and channels (Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.)
- Evaluate and make suggestions for high-performing campaigns by evaluating website traffic and email statistics
- Develop customized conversion tracking within GA4, GTM and advertising frameworks
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies pertinent to marketing and advertising
- Ensure all projects are delivered on a timely basis and within budget
- Set, maintain and optimize budgets for all Marketing Campaigns
- Develop a familiarity with products and services for all Careington brands and affiliate companies, and ensure relevant teams are informed and knowledgeable as well.
Required Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field experience
- Relative management experience
- Acute attention to detail and creative eye
- Advanced skills in Microsoft and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and design (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, subject line testing, image optimization)
- Strong planning, sourcing and organization skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple work streams and resources across multiple teams
- Resourceful, proactive and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Ability to build and maintain marketing dashboards and calendars
- Expert-level communication skills - i.e., people/"soft" skills

Preferred Qualifications for the role:
- 2+ years of creative production/project management experience
- Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, email platforms (Sendgrid, Mailchimp) and SurveyMonkey
- HubSpot CRM Experience
- HubSpot Marketing Certification
- Microsoft Ads experience and certification
- Good sense of composition, creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Experience developing responsive email design/layouts
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG2.0, 508)
- Knowledgeable about the latest SaaS platforms and industry trends
- Familiarity with testing software, (Litmus, VWO, Heatmaps, A/B Testing, Multivariate testing)
- Strong grasp of graphic design standards as applicable to branding and marketing
