About this role:
GoCo is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager,
Demand Generation & Partnerships to spearhead the expansion into new partner marketing
channels. As a key player in our marketing team, you will leverage your strategic mindset and
B2B marketing expertise to establish our presence in channels such as benefits brokers,
integration partners, and HR consultants.
What will I be doing?
Identifying key channels and targets:
- Conduct market research to identify and prioritize partner opportunities, including benefits brokers, HR consultants, and integration partners.
Establishing and building brand awareness:
- Develop creative strategies to build brand awareness in new channels, competing against established brands with larger budgets.
Running campaigns and generating partner leads:
- Lead the planning and execution of lead generation programs in collaboration with the Demand Gen team, utilizing channels such as email, events, webinars, content creation, ads, and SEO.
- Focus on generating warm leads for the sales team, with lead generation as a primary KPI.
Managing partner program operations:
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to establish and operationalize the referral program structure.
- Advertise the program and manage the referral funnel and logistics.
Crafting partner enablement materials:
- Work closely with content and product marketers to create collateral and tools that enable partners to successfully refer GoCo.
Supporting partner relationships:
- Build and nurture relationships with partners in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources to refer GoCo effectively.
Analysis and insights:
- Track and report on the success of marketing programs, providing insights for continuous optimization and improvement
Necessary Skills
- 3 or more years of total B2B marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with partner-specific campaign management preferred.
- Proven ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track
- and evaluate results.
- Data-driven with a continuous quest for optimization and improvement.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Resourceful and proactive problem solver.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Generalist at heart, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
Other Pluses:
- Startup experience.
- Experience marketing to brokers, consultants, or CPAs would be a major bonus.
- SaaS preferred, HR tech experience even better!
