Project Manager, Campaign
As our Campaign Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of seasonal campaigns and printed mailers. You’ll collaborate with design teams, internal partners, and vendors to drive project schedules, communications and execution of concepts and multichannel deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cross-functionally vet key annual planning milestones considering market schedules and production timelines. Responsible for communicating any changes out to stakeholders.
- Create Campaign Project plans in Wrike, negotiate timelines, track progress, and report out updates to ensure stakeholders are aligned. Facilitate timely briefing and serve as point of contact for status, roadblocks, and dependencies. Make sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
- Manage campaigns and projects through all lifecycle stages, with accountability for project deliverables and execution.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes. Regularly communicate updates through status meetings, reports, or other channels.
- Set meeting agendas/objectives, lead meetings, and drive cross-functional alignment. Capture meeting notes, feedback, action items & next steps and distribute to stakeholders.
- Project manage multiple workstreams at once and keep project plans up to date.
- Deliver projects to completion on time, in scope and on budget.
- Drive operational excellence enforcing project management best practices and serve as a model. Work towards finding solutions that maintain project momentum and morale.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements, client and merchant feedback, and industry trends. Adjust project and resolve problems/blockers as they arise.
- Gather feedback from team members and clients after project completion. Use this feedback to improve processes and outcomes for future projects.
- Ensure Run of Show coordinated launch is in order: all pages are taken live, QR codes properly linked, influencers have toolkit for amplification, etc.
- Ensure concept and campaign are shared at the right checkpoints with key leadership and road showed across the organization.
