What’s Cool About This Job

As a Campaign Manager at WEKA, you will develop, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound campaigns designed to create net new top-of-funnel leads and move existing leads through the funnel. You will drive integrated, multi-touch, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs leveraging your strong demand generation foundation and an inherent interest in all marketing technology with significant expertise in all aspects of the marketing mix.


As part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape and build programs to build our brand and drive demand for our software solutions across industry verticals and geographies. By creating interest and adoption for WEKA solutions, you will be a key player in driving the success of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design integrated campaigns to execute the go-to-market strategy with online and offline activities, managing the whole funnel marketing programs to acquire net new customers and grow existing ones.
  • You’ll work closely with our product marketing, brand teams, and external agencies to plan, buy, and optimize targeted media campaigns to deliver lead generation and revenue goals for the region
  • Drive and support regional performance marketing through whole funnel campaigns, incorporating channels and tactics such as content syndication, organic and paid social, events, display advertising, webinars, emails, etc
  • Collaborate with field and partner marketing, sales, and other internal teams to learn our personas and create highly targeted marketing campaigns to grow revenue
  • Collaborate with customer marketing and regional field marketing to design integrated campaign plans that meet regional business objectives
  • Interlock with the creative team to inform campaign delivery
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to marketing programs
  • Partner with marketing and rev ops teams to leverage reports and campaign dashboards to ensure programs are running smoothly
  • Report results and learnings across groups and to management
  • Develop acquisition and budget forecasts to assist with spending optimization decisions
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and other key metrics
  • Partner closely with the go-to-market team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs
  • Build a consistent feedback loop to improve and optimize the lead hand-off process
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and track marketing tasks and workflows
  • Stay on top of new trends and tactics to uncover opportunities that add business value
  • Ensure all marketing programs comply with local data privacy regulations
  • Report on campaign performance regularly to internal stakeholders and partners



Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of performance marketing experience
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, channels & efforts, along with best practices for building whole funnel campaigns
  • Experience owning and launching new performance channels and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to email, paid search, paid media, content syndication, virtual events, ABM, and chat platforms
  • Solid grasp of web analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail with several moving parts and projects at once
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
  • Growth mindset with bold ideas and a know-how attitude to get things done
  • Strong communication and ad-copywriting skills are a must
  • Experience in technology or startup environment
  • Experience leveraging marketing automation tools such as Marketo
  • Fluency in modern business intelligence tools like Salesforce and Bizzable
