And You Creations (www.andyoucreations.com) is a multi-Tour Company looking for outgoing, respectful, safety-conscious and fun-loving office staff with excellent customer service skills to grow with us and become part of our Ohana. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Office staff must be comfortable working independently.
We are very passionate about providing high-quality customer service with an abundance of Aloha for our guests.
Reservation Clerk duties include (but are not limited to):
o Assist customers with planning and booking reservations
o Greets and welcomes customers in an Aloha manner
o Answer and/or forward incoming phone calls
o Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
o Up-selling, and/or offering other tours and/or merchandises to the customers
o Keeps a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Other duties as they arise
Skills
o Basic computer proficiency
o Bilingual (Japanese/English) is preferred but not required.
o Data entry experience
o Dazzling phone and communication skills
o A friendly but professional work ethic
o Organizational skills
o Customer service attitude
o Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
o Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
