We are a locally owned construction company located in Campbell Industrial Park in Kapolei, Oahu. We are seeking a full-time Office and Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with DATA ENTRY tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email, fax, scan, etc.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Office experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be computer literate
- Proficiency in email and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Proficient keyboarding and 10-key skills with high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Experience with Quickbooks (preferred)
