```Job Summary```
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties will include but are not limited to customer support, documentation, dispatching, administrative tasks.
```Responsibilities```
- Documentation and Customer Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation for various purposes. Provide prompt and courteous customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as creating orders, data entry, quotes for transportation & shipping, preparing documentation for export. Training will be provided to work with our internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
- Phone and Front Desk Support: Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Office Assistance: Support the office staff with various tasks as required, including but not limited to filing, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.
- Mail and Package Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and handling of correspondence and deliveries.
```Requirements```
- Experience in an administrative or Office Assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Being able to work in team and also handle individual tasks
- Focus on the details
Additional Information:
- Flexible Workload: The Office Assistant may experience periods of lighter workload. During these times, they are expected to proactively seek tasks to assist colleagues or contribute to ongoing projects, such as organizing office spaces, updating documentation, or conducting research to improve office processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
