We're currently seeking a Loss Prevention Officer at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay to maintain the safety and security of the hotel's guests, associates and assets. This job is all how about how you react, or just as important, don't react, in a crisis. It's about staying a step (or five) ahead of potentially dangerous situations, identifying them and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking and in accordance with 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay policies.
(Inside Tips: A Hawaii Guard Certification and CPR are requirements of the position. You'll need to have or obtain these items.)
QualificationsAbout you...- Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
- Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
