Job Description
Part-time position up to 25 hours per week Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays between 9am - 3pm starting March 1st or sooner.
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to execute and manage office and administrative related details of the Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to primary phone coverage, sorting and distributing mail & other correspondences, filing, web-based database management, developing and maintaining organizational systems, work flows, and scheduling as well as volunteer coordination and other project based work as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to take initiative, work independently, handle multiple tasks and assignments from multiple managers, meet time-sensitive deadlines with prompt response times to internal / external constituents. Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully interact with a diverse group of staff members. Proficiency with creating and formatting various documents and spreadsheets in various online and office application. Past work experience with a non-profit/church environment, working with volunteers, or flexibility while maintaining multiple tasks in a people oriented environment is a plus.
