A full-time position that is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 150-unit retirement condo community. Responsible for all office procedures, process accounts payable and receivables, bank deposits and reconciliations, and human resource functions. Answer phone, handle resident requests and supervise two maintenance personnel. Competency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office required. Must be well organized with excellent time management skills. Must be able to deal with a diverse group of personalities. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Background check and drug testing required.
