CTB is a small, family owned and managed company located in Wyoming, MN. CTB has been in business for over 40 years providing quality custom commercial cabinetry, furniture and fixtures to contractors, architects, and schools, just to name a few.
We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This position is vital to the company, and the potential employee plays a significant role in the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, receivable, and sales tax.
- Process payroll via ADP.
- Manage company cash flow.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed financial reports and updating company owner.
- Monthly analysis and reconciliation of all accounts.
- Review and manage order contracts, lien waivers, change orders, invoices, etc.
- Manage office and shop supply inventory.
- Order project materials from vendors as directed by shop team.
- Oversee product sample inventory and assist with sending samples to clients.
- Maintain company SOP manual, updating as processes evolve.
- Oversee annual company certifications, insurance, vehicle registration, etc.
- First point of contact on phone calls.
- Light office cleaning duties.
- Organize company parties, lunches, etc.
- Assist with social media posts.
Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to self-manage workload.
- Initiative to identify and take on new tasks to assist in company improvement.
- Experience with construction industry preferred, but not required.
- Certified Notary preferred, but not required.
