Responsibilities: This position will oversee the daily operations of our organization. Responsibilities include HR, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Taxes, Insurance, budgets and forecasting, etc. Supervise the office staff, dividing responsibilities for improvement and performance evaluation's. Coordinate throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance within the company. Assist colleagues whenever needed. Ultimately, you will work with a group of employees within the company to ensure our organization meets its goals and objectives.
Requirements and Skills: Bachelors in Management/Business/Accounting or related and/or business equivalent experience. Proven work experience as an Administrator/Manager Leader who's actions earns respect. Self motivated and confident. Highly organized and diligent. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be proficient in QuickBooks online, experience with payroll, taxes, A/R and A/P. Attention to detail a must.
