Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Weekly Payroll
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supplies procurement
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and employees at all levels
- Experience in human resources functions is a plus
