Office Manager – Pet Industry!

Red Dingo is a growing global pet accessories brand founded in Australia in 2003, with offices in Australia, Europe, and the USA. Our premium-quality collars, leads, harnesses, toys, and beds are sold in many top retailers in North America. We pride ourselves on both our product quality and exceptional customer service.

Based in Redmond, our USA team is on the lookout for a proactive and hands-on Office Manager to oversee our US operations. This role is a full-time office-based position and reports to the General Manager in Sydney, Australia.

This pivotal role requires an individual with a can-do attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and people management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all departments in our US office run smoothly and efficiently.

Pets are allowed in the office if their temperament is friendly and non-disruptive. If you have pets of your own, we encourage the testing of any new products we develop and provide any feedback to the product team.

Your responsibilities include

  • Managing a tight-knit team of 7 members across sales and operations
  • Ensuring team duties are completed efficiently, improving processes where necessary
  • Communicating with internal staff to ensure they have what they need to perform the needs of their roles and to address any issues
  • Managing the stock forecasting and ordering process alongside the Warehouse Manager and Account Managers
  • Assist the team with managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Overseeing the dispatch of wholesale and consumer orders to ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Developing the team to support business growth, including the hiring of additional staff when required
  • Managing office and warehouse supplies
  • Managing team member KPIs and quarterly performance reviews
  • Solving problems with both customers and internally to keep things running smoothly
  • Liaising with the international offices, including weekly calls with the Sydney office
  • Where required, assist the warehouse to fulfill orders during busy periods which may involve picking and packing orders
  • Any other duties as required to ensure the office runs efficiently

  • Above average computer skills and know-how in maintaining office equipment
  • Ability to learn processes and systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
  • Outstanding accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Redmond, WA 98052: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
