Sales manager. Responsible for handing the incoming quotes, calls, and adhering to follow up processes. Responsible for other agents in the office performance and overall monthly premium goals. Responsible for ensuring applications are submitted with the upmost accuracy and handling the initial servicing (document uploads), signatures, payment plans, etc. Upholding the professional and top of the line services and products we offer. Responsible for furthering knowledge and education every day. Self motivated. Team player.
Come help me run my successful office for two years and then pursue your own agency anywhere in the country as a State Farm agency owner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Submit applications for auto, home, life, and more
- Follow Up with quality leads and prospects
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Highly organized and detail-oriented - Must be highly competent and hard working
- Experience in customer service required
- Experience in managing customer service preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain Life and Health License
