Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Enter customer orders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, ComputerEase experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
