We have partnered with a small production facility looking for their next Office Manager!
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm (no overtime required)
Temp-to-hire position, with the potential to convert to Full-time status and receive a pay increase.
Duties:
- Oversee / Manage factory personnel
- Audit / maintain inventory (such as raw materials used in production as well as the goods that are produced)
- General Bookkeeping/Data entry
- Process Associate Payroll
- Standard receptionist/clerical duties
- other assigned duties as needed
* This position requires prior knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
