- Responsible for customer service. Ensure telephone coverage and messaging systems are in place. Greet all visitors, parents, and employees upon arrival and communicate with all in a positive and respectful manner at all times.
- Provide assistance and support to the Center Director by maintaining all required files, office organization, ordering and maintaining center supplies and all administrative tasks assigned as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with licensing, accreditation, and agency requirements for all children and agency.
- Collect all fees and payments and administer billing and billing related reminders from responsible party or parties in a timely and professional manner at all times, and follow accounts receivable policy as it pertains to childcare management system.
- Manage and upkeep of center CCDF.
- Assist in tours of our facility for potential enrollments.

- Must meet licensing and accreditation requirements to act as a classroom substitute.
- High School Diploma and formal training in business management, customer service, or related field required. Prefer certificate or higher in customer service, administration, or related field.
- Prefer 1 year previous experience in office management.
