- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Oversee phone systems, ensuring proper functionality and professional phone etiquette.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls.
- Lead and manage a team of office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure efficient office operations by implementing effective processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
- Utilize medical office management skills to ensure smooth workflow in a healthcare setting.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Knowledge of training development principles and practices.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus.
