Administrate the practice affairs professionally and skillfully. To ensure a professional atmosphere among employees and physicians. To execute office policies, practices, rules, and regulations.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to relate to all socioeconomic levels, work well under pressure, have a great sense of responsibility, and strong moral values. Must be an organized individual.
Will be in charge of Hiring, and training. Coordinating employee health/dental insurance, benefits, vacations, pays, days off, etc. Have a working knowledge and understanding of every position in the office and serve as back up when an employee is out.
Assist all patients with any issues that need the attention of the Office Manager to further satisfy their needs.
Other roles include posting payments each day, updating the bank account and informing the doctor of the bills and monies available on a daily basis.
