Responsibilities:
Construction Oversight:
- Utilize construction background to facilitate seamless communication between office and field teams.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction crews to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee permitting processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and expediting approvals.
Operational Efficiency:
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
- Streamline administrative processes, from invoicing to document management.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize productivity.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage project schedules, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the executive team.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
Technology Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Buildertrend software to track project progress and manage client communications.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze data, and streamline project tracking processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to leverage technology for continuous improvement.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all administrative tasks
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Familiarity with permitting procedures and regulations, ensuring projects remain compliant and on schedule.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Buildertrend software, Excel, and other office management tools.
