· Post daily office hours and if coverage assistance is needed, inform Executive Director and Chairman
· Log entries into Communication Log, including e-mails and calls
· Provide weekly report to Executive Director
· Provide daily communication with Executive Director, including hours worked and work completed in daily work summary
· Ensure board communication is approved by the Executive Director or Chairman
· Assist with management of sponsors, which includes ensuring the festival receives the advertisements discussed, following up to receive signed contracts, and that the festival receives correct payment
· Take direction from the Executive Director and Chairman, which may include office organization, cleaning, deliver/pick up items, or any related tasks
· Inform Chairman when supplies are needed (expenses over $100 need approval)
· On going tasks include:
o Respond and log all voicemails and emails
o Ensure that the office (including board table and desks) is kept neatly
o Forward committee communication to Chairman
o Take out trash and ensure kitchen and bathrooms are clean
o File paperwork accordingly and ensure it is easily accessible
o Sweep outside the festival office
A minimum of 20 hours per week. Hours will increase as needed.
*The Chairman of the Board reserves the right to add or modify job duties as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
