Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to answer phones and assist our Collections Department, as well as our Leasing Department.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls
• Assist in contacting clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Process payments
• Update account status records
• Input data
• Process and distribute all mail
• Schedule showings for the leasing department
• Manage working knowledge of available properties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
