Salary`The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and activities of all office and administrative processes at Mon EMS. The Office Manager will foster a culture of customer service, continuous improvement, exceptional attention to detail, and efficiency in all business practices. They will identify, evaluate, improve, and systematically implement compliant processes and procedures to reduce workload and improve quality. The Office Manager will constantly identify inefficiencies and work to improve and perfect office efficiency and improve patient, vendor, employee, and public interactions. The Office Manager will build systems to support multiple leaders in the performance of their duties. They will serve as a resource to leadership and operations to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives. The incumbent must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and constantly reprioritize needs as situations dictate.

Pay: $36,278.61 - $55,000.00 per year
