Office Manager

Maverick Electric, Heating and Air is a rapidly growing residential service company specializing in electrical, generators, heating and air. We proudly serve Placer and Sacramento County and the surrounding areas. We strive to promote a great company culture, and are looking for key players to join our team.

The Office Manager will be responsible for tasks including:

• Daily operations of the company
• Managing inbound and outbound calls to existing client base
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Overseeing/ coordinating install jobs
• Weekly meetings with CEO and COO
• Meet KPI's and quotas
• Managing and Training Office Staff Making sure all office operations are running smoothly
• Furthering training in leadership with a growing company
• Manage marketing pipelines to keep employees booked every day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 8 years (Preferred)
