The Office Manager will be responsible for tasks including:
- Daily operations of the company
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to existing client base
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Overseeing/ coordinating install jobs
- Weekly meetings with CEO and COO
- Meet KPI's and quotas
- Managing and Training Office Staff Making sure all office operations are running smoothly
- Furthering training in leadership with a growing company
- Manage marketing pipelines to keep employees booked every day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
