Office Manager - Prior experience in a Law firm is preferred.
bookkeeping and HR experience with organizational skills and pleasant disposition to support the Law firm in day-to-day operations in a healthy and productive manner.
The ideal candidate will be managing financial, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, billing and providing proper and timely information for receivables.
Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues.
Establish and implement policies and procedures to improve work flow and productivity
Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors.
Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions.
HR-related employee relations, benefits, onboarding, recruitment.
Supervise administrative staff.
Implement ways to reduce costs.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Coordinate with the owner Managing partner to gather plan of actions for tasks and firm.
Coordinate and supervise staff support from the firm’s accountant, financial operations of the firm and report to owner as needed.
Oversee and maintain office equipment.
Manage office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of a Law Firm environment
Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
Computer skills and experience with QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skilled with Microsoft Excel
