The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing efforts across selected USHG’s businesses with strategic guidance and support from the USHG Marketing/PR team. We are looking for someone who is:

- A strong representative of the Marketing team and an effective collaborator across all departments and third-party operators (Operations, Brand, Press, Culinary, Finance, People, etc.) to drive impactful campaign efforts forward.
- Knows how to evaluate, prioritize and project manage opportunities. You know how to create project timelines, budgets and status reports; and track all activities and keep internal stakeholders informed.
- Knows how to work in service of others and understands the ins and outs of our businesses. You’ll see yourself as an extension of the restaurant teams — working collaboratively to achieve the goals of the business.

What you'll do:
- Manage 3-4 marketing strategies for specific USHG restaurants, partnering with your Marketing Director, Director of Brand, Director of Communications, Operations Leaders, and Chefs to develop marketing plans that support short-term revenue goals and long-term brand-building opportunities.
- Create annual marketing plans, and translate those into integrated campaigns and activations across PR, influencers, partnerships, digital, and other key channels.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the operating teams of each of your restaurants.
- Create and manage a marketing calendar and develop a reporting cadence on performance.
- Work seamlessly within the marketing channel managers (e.g. Brand, PR, Digital, web/ecommerce), learning from best practices across the portfolio.
- Manage organic and paid social media strategy, execution, measurement.
- Form creative brand partnerships that are naturally aligned with our brands and can help us drive awareness or loyalty.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing/Brand Management experience
- Hospitality/restaurant experience highly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing a CRM to create effective email communications
- Experience working with website CMS
- Experience planning and executing impactful paid and organic social media campaigns, including the use of social listening and planning tools
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred
- Experience planning and maintaining budgets
- Familiarity with Asana and Airtable is a plus
