Well established Plastic Surgery practice with a MedSpa is seeking an experienced Office Manager. Practice specializes in a wide range of treatments for the face, breast, and body. Responsibilities include managing provider and staff schedules ensuring the spa is adequately covered, oversee day-to-day management of spa, audit and update training and onboarding material, assesses workflows, processes and procedures, develop best practices, and more.

- Two or more years of experience in the aesthetic field - at a high end medical office/spa experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills
- Leadership, teaching, team building, and motivational skills
- Strong relationship building and influential skills
- Budgeting and strategic planning skills
