Position Overview:
Our ideal teammate is mature, open-minded, and striving to grow! We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational, personal, and communication skills. This person will have many tasks to handle simultaneously, so it’s important that you pride yourself on your ability to prioritize and effectively tackle projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the attorney’s calendar
- Answer and respond to phone calls on behalf of the attorney
- Schedule appointments and communicate reminders
- Arrange and confirm travel accommodations
- Greet clients and visitors as they arrive
- Attend to errands and tasks as needed by the CEO
- Schedule in-person appointments and coordinate with the building receptionist
- Manage daily administration and office operations, including responsibility for recurring office bills.
- Oversee general office and facilities maintenance and repairs
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ordered new supplies as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years working as an administrative assistant is required
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
- Available to work on-site in our New York office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be reliable, empathetic and capable of handling sensitive topics
- A commitment to our core values and ethical conduct
- A high level of maturity and open mindedness. Know-it-alls need not apply
This is a full-time, in person position. Salary is dependent on skills and experience level and ranges between $45,000-$65,000.
