Office Manager - Elementary School (Woodridge/PC#250849)
Position Summary:
Coordinates, organizes, and oversees the main office services of a comprehensive high school and performs responsible and complex administrative support duties for a Principal and other site administrator. Coordinates and prioritizes the workflow and clerical support activities for enrollments and events.

Salary: $24.73 - $32.71 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary is based on experience.
Location: Woodridge Elementary
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week

Experience and Education
The position typically requires a high school diploma, supplemental college business
courses and 4 years of progressive experience in a clerical, financial and secretarial
capacity. Alternatively, an Associates Degree and two years of progressive secretarial
experience would be acceptable.
Licenses and Certifications
May require a valid driver’s license. May require a first-aid/CPR card.
