Immediate Need for a
Behavior Technician to serve as an integral member of the therapy team, to teach children with autism new behaviors.
Part-Time and Full-Time Hours available

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Some college preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must be able to work with a team and individually.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to other clinic locations to assist if needed.

Behavioral Technicians are responsible for assisting in implementing behavior reduction therapy and skill acquisition treatment plans with clients one-on-one, or in group sessions.
The Behavior Technician will provide dedicated therapy sessions to their client through the various ABA standards and practices that BCBA assigns.
The Behavior Technician must possess an understanding of autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors associated with the diagnosis and learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) standards and practices.
