Egan Painting, LLC is a Commercial Painting Contractor in Pittsburgh, PA. We are professional and our goal is to Hire an Office Manager for Painting Contractor.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, creating AIA invoices in compliance with construction contracts, tracking change orders and job performance, preparing close-out documents, reading contracts, submitting P.O.'s for job site materials, reconciling bank accounts, and submitting union benefits monthly, any other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in a construction related field.
- Proficency in Quick Books.
- Profiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Contracts and Lien Waivers.
- Payroll Experience.
- AIA Forms
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures.
- Maintain a filing system for records, reports, and documents.
- Send invoices for completed projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for construction supplies and equipment using a PO system.
- Assign employee time to projects.
- Payroll.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage staff performance, attendance, and payroll.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,250.00 - $57,000.00 per year
