NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Jiva Trainer to join our team remotely in Scotts Valley, CA.

Role Responsibilities:

- Work with PM, Technical lead and business to establish training goals and learning objectives
- Develop the training curriculum, create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records and progress
- Recommend, determine, and coordinate training materials and methods needed e.g. training recordings, presentations, SOP, user guides
- Assess /develop documents for end-user needs by department
- Assess, plan and co-ordinate training resources (resources for training prework, trainer list, trainee list)

Required Skills/Experience:

- 3+ years of software training experience or relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience in developing user guides, and training materials
- 1+ years healthcare industry
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Preferences
- ZeOmega Jiva Software experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $45-$50 hourly.This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
