The Office Manager works with the Field Service Team to ensure work at our clients is scheduled properly and closed out in an efficient manner. This is a hands-on management level position overseeing office staff who support this role. The ideal person should be friendly and professional as they will be interacting with clients daily.
Job Description
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients.
- Schedule appointments with customers for technician visits.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians.
- Address minor/simple technical questions to clients (training will be provided).
- Process work orders then invoice clients.
- Perform and assist with general office work.
- Manage administrative staff who answer phones, provide data entry, filing, etc.
Qualifications
- High school degree (college a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills with customer focus.
- Able to operate a PC (Microsoft Windows), MS Office, etc.
- Nice to have (not required): Experience with QuickBooks & Scheduling Software.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
- Extra hours + Saturdays required during peak times (early spring / late fall).
