Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager who will be the first point of contact for our company and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
- Keep track of trucks being delivered
- Filing when needed
- Enter time from time cards
- Keep track of chassis warranties
- Handle customer credit references
- Monitor delivery of trucks
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and returns.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs.
- Paperwork and Documentation:
- Manage and organize office paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Administrative Support:
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist/Office Manager role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.

Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
