Office manager position in small construction company for self motivated person. Duties include: Answering phones, running payroll, preparing customer invoices, paying bills, aging receivables and minor Human Resource tasks. Candidate should have Quickbooks & Excel experience. VERY flexible hours: approx. 25-30/week. Monday-Thursday 8:30-4 (or earlier if work is completed).
