Responsibilities:
Administer and oversee the daily duties of physicians’ office
Handle Human Resources duties with a roster of 15 employees
Coordinate job ads, onboarding of new hires and terminations
Process weekly payroll for employees and physician(s)
Manage and maintain employee benefits
Filing of annual reports for workers compensation, payroll and 401k
Delegation of overall duties of the office
Resolve and disburse patient complaint
HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Ordering of office supplies
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Allocation of company credit cards
Assist in monthly financial statements
Coordinate physician and office staff meetings
Other miscellaneous duties & requests needed by physician and other providers as needed
Additional Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems, general IT knowledge, & communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in team management or supervision is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures, human resources, & office management practices
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
